Most traditional sealers are cytotoxic to some degree and have long been regarded as the weak link in the endodontic chain.
The osteo-inductive and biocompatible properties of bio-ceramics such as MTA and hydroxyapatite are well established as is the antibacterial efficacy of calcium hydroxide.
Now we have an endodntic sealer that combines the properties of CALCIUM HYDROXIDE and HYDROXYAPATITE.

• NO MIXING - simply inject iRootSP directly into the canal - absorbs water from the canal setting in about 4 hours
• NO SHRINKAGE - iRootSP actually expands by 2% on setting.
• ADHESIVE - iRootSP bonds directly to dentine
• ANTIBACTERIAL - Due to its setting pH - iRoot has a similar antibacterial activity to MTA
• RADIOPAQUE - A universally accepted pre-requisite for any obturation material
• SIMPLE TECHNIQUE - iRootSP is ideal for a single cone technique. However it is perfectly compatible with any warm or cold obturation method.
